All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are applied or accepted. See Policy and Process on Damage Due to Shipping for refunds due to damage during shipping.
POLICY AND PROCESS ON DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING:
All refund requests and notifications about items damaged during shipping must be received in writing by email notification to Artist within 15 calendar days from the original date of purchase. Artist may require Buyer to email photographs of the damaged item. Buyer may also be required to return damaged items by shipping them back to the Artist. Buyer will receive a refund for the total cost of the item plus shipping fees paid, including any shipping of the item back to the Artist if the Artist requests this. Refund payments may take up to 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the damage and will be issued by the Artist.
